The Inventory Executive page gives you a clean, searchable view of inventory items. You can select an item to instantly load its details into editable fields, making quick corrections and on-the-floor updates painless.

Need to find an item quickly or assign a barcode on the spot? Switch to barcode mode and use your device camera.
Search by barcode
Use your camera to locate an item immediately, without typing or guessing.
- Select “Search by barcode.”Your device camera will activate.
- Tap “Begin Scan.”Hold the barcode in view until it’s recognized.
- Review the match.If found, the item is selected and its details load for editing.

Assign a barcode to an item
Create or update a barcode while you’re already looking at the part.
- Select the inventory item.Pick the part you want to update.
- Choose “Assign by barcode.”The camera view will open.
- Scan the barcode.The value is captured and tied to the selected item.
