The Realtrac OGS (On Going Status) and RPM products are both designed to deliver a real time view into production trends across your entire organization. Both applications track and display, in real time, the status of the employee’s time card data and active work session data. If there are deviations in terms of attendance or production, your supervisory and management teams can address the issue immediately, and not have to wait for a report days later after the damage is done.

• RPM allows you to filter down to a specific employee, both products let you filter by employee tags.
• RPM allows you to look at a shop floor employee’s PCP output on prior days. OGS only presents real time PCP information on today’s production activity.
•  OGS has a tab that allows you to compare all of your employees time in Overhead jobs versus time on revenue generating jobs versus time spent not logged in to any operations at all (completely unproductive time).
• OGS lets you quickly see what percentage of the employee’s TimeCard time has been spent logged in to Operations versus not being logged in to any OPs.
•  RPM lets you generate a report for one or more employees, providing a comprehensive detail on every action from the employee over the day.

The Job vs Overhead analysis allows the user to compare the employee’s time card data with productive work sessions, indirect work sessions and lost non-productive time.
