The Realtrac ERP System integrates with QuickBooks desktop accounting software, offering a real-time ERP system for job shop management. QuickBooks has been our primary integrated financial and accounting software partner since 1996.

Realtrac ERP System also integrates with Sage 50 (Peachtree) accounting software, which eliminates duplicate data entry. When Realtrac customer invoices and vendor purchase orders are posted, identical invoices and POs are created in Sage 50, updating customer balances and general ledger accounts.

For many years we have depended upon Realtrac for scheduling and costing jobs on a real-time basis. We are now able to handle all our job-related shipping, invoicing, and purchasing in Realtrac, and easily post invoices and purchase orders to Peachtree software to handle accounts receivable, collections, and payment of vendor invoices.
