Realtrac will launch a cloud server that is exclusive for your company and your data. We will provide you a website URL (similar to https://YourCompanyName.realtracsoftware.com). Any of your employees that wish to interact with your Realtrac system can load the website on their device, log in to Realtrac Mobile using their Realtrac employee user name and password, and begin interacting with Realtrac. All data between your employee’s devices, our cloud server and your on site Realtrac server is fully encrypted using a CMMC approved encryption algorithm.
We have programmed the Realtrac Mobile application to interact with the Realtrac database in the server room in your central office in real time. Users on Full Desktop clients can send real time messages to any and all Realtrac Mobile users, and as Mobile and Desktop users input data on Jobs, BOMs, Inventory, etc… all Mobile and Desktop users data is refreshed in real time. It’s like magic!
Any employees that often are mobile. Whether it’s mobile within their office and warehouse on site, or mobile in terms of going off site to their customers locations. Having this tool in their hands reduces errors in data input, improves quality and makes employees feel more empowered.
Realtrac Mobile is licensed by the maximum number of concurrent users. So a customer should project out how many simultaneous users they will expect to be using the application at the same time.

We built a set of features in to Realtrac Mobile to allow employees to keep track of their TimeCard time (both the raw time and the time approved by their superiors) along with all of their PTO and other earned time bank. Employees are able to request time off through Realtrac Mobile and see if their requests have been approved by their supervisors. Employees are able to communicate in real time through our communicator to other Realtrac Mobile users as well as all users using the full Windows Realtrac Client software. In addition employees can keep track of their work session times and their finished pieces and those with possible non-conformance issues.
Realtrac Mobile improves the quality of the data going in to your ERP. We are more able to accurately track when employees log in and out of their TimeCard sessions, as well as when they log in and out of active work sessions on Jobs and Operations for your customers. Realtrac Mobile customers are able to turn on GPS tracking for Realtrac Mobile app users, so management is able to provide tracability on their raw materials as well as employees if they so choose.
